"We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful Cape getaway. The property is absolutely stunning – well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. Everything was spotless on arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the host. The amenities were excellent – from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy outdoor space, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. This property is extremely kid friendly with all of the table games and board games which made our trip that much more special. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this place is a perfect home base.Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Cape. I’d absolutely return!"
"We love the hosts, the room cleanliness and the central location to many things up & down Cape. In our room a couple of maintenance issues- bathroom toilet tissue holder was not attached properly (fixed while we're there though), also bath door didn't stay closed tightly. Didn't bother us as much as perhaps another guest, but should be addressed. But extra amenities really thoughtful. If you forgot a beach chair or umbrella or needed an extra beach towel all were available for the day. And pool on premises was fantastic Great staff throughout, and breakfast was displayed beautifully."
"This was a wonderful place for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. We had an initial issue, but Jackie took care of it as quickly as possible. It’s a perfect location for exploring the cape. We went to five baseball games and 2 shows and it was a great middle point for our adventures. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (but no lobster pot), and the weather was nice enough that my daughter could use the porch as her bedroom. The a/c units were perfect. The view is amazing. We took our coffee every morning on the lawn and watched the water. My husband even “fished” from the dock (no catching). Neighbors were super nice & quiet.A peaceful oasis. Thank you!!!"
"We had a wonderful time. The home was comfortable and very clean. The location is great - very easy drive to everything we wanted from beaches, to mini-golf, to major golfing, and great restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the electricity when we arrived. I reached out and a service agent was there to reset the breaker within 30 min. Great service. Thank you for a great vacation stay."

"Visited Cape Cod to watch the 2025 Cape Cod All-Star and several Orleans Firebirds games. Location was six minutes from Eldredge Park and within a mile of the heart of the town. Private and clean. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and Karen was phenomenal as a property manager. We could come and go as we pleased, and Nauset Beach was a six minute drive away as well. Karen also brought us firewood when we wanted to make s’mores in the fire pit after cooking dinner. Washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dish washer made it feel like home. Private parking and great hospitality. Would love to stay here again!"
