« To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues »

« Hotel well located in Clemmons and seems to be all new and very clean. However:
- I had chosen this hotel for its indoor swimming, which was closed for my fully week of stay.
- there is like a fan noise in all the rooms which cannot be turned off despite the AC and heater being stopped. I am not difficult but had to sleep with earplugs. Receptionist has tried to change my room but it was the same in the other room
- breakfast poor quality, food not so good and plastic everywhere

« The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in. »
