Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. « We stayed at Coastal Cottage in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for a week with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the house had all the amenities we needed, plus a great deck for enjoying sunsets. We even made use of the canoes! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we created some really great family memories. I’d highly recommend it. Owner is a good host and maintained open communication throughout. »

« Connie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Connie went out of her way to make our stay extra special since it was our anniversary weekend. As stated in other reviews, you do have to access the unit through the main residence but you wouldn’t know that anyone else was home throughout our stay. Thank you again Connie for everything. »

« Beautiful old home in lovely section of Newport, where you can walk to everything. Comfy beds, ac, sparkling clean, cute patio. I’m picky (or so I’ve been told) and I simply cannot find a single fault in this property. AND ON TOP OF THAT, Keith was kind enough to mail a forgotten bag back to one of our party. Just super in every way. »
