"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

"Great, peaceful location. Good, medium size complex. I found a couple things not working in my room, but they were fixed fast. Overall in 50 days in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Samui, I liked this location and atmosphere the best. "

"Fantastic stay, beautiful resort, two swimming pools and small fitness studio. About a ten to fifteen minute walk from a beautiful beach. Bikes available to hire. Lovely service, can arrange airport pick up for a small fee. Great breakfasts, didn't have any other meals. "Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"
