"As a solo traveler staying in the area for several days I needed a central location. The Bridges Hotel fit the bill in several ways. The staff were very helpful and always professional. The Hotel is safe, clean, and in good condition. As I’m not a big “breakfast” person, their lack of food during the week is not a deal breaker for me but it is important to note. "

"The staff was above and beyond friendly. However for a Saturday night and weekend the bar was not open and didn’t plan on it. We were told we could shuttle to the Casino for use of that bar. The breakfast was stocked and had a fresh variety. The room could use a good cleaning. The shower was dirty and behind the bathroom door had mold spots on the floor so you could tell it had not been mopped or scrubbed. For $200 a night I was not impressed "

"Check in was extremely slow; there were 3 persons in line before me. The clerk seemed to be having issues; she was very slow. At time of check there was no water at the property (city issue, not hotel issue). Was restored within a couple hours after check in. However, later that night I had no HOT water. I called front desk, clerk stated she had not been told of issues & maintenance was already gone for the day. Flooring in the bathroom needs to be replaced badly. Lots of mold on lower part of shower (roll in set up). Would have been nice to have had something to sit luggage on. TV service & wifi were good, a/c worked fine. Was given a 'card' for 35% off at other properties as well as Natchez location, bc of water issues. I do not anticipate being able to use in future. Good price but hotel needs a little 'lift'. "

"This is a wonderful B&B. The rooms are charming and loaded with art and antiques. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed with everything you’d need. "

"My stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which immediately gave a poor first impression. There were no towels provided, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a prepared room. Additionally, the curtains had visible stains, and the bed sheets did not appear clean, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made."

"This is a very ornate, lovely, old mansion. The GM, Denise is a darling person, easy to work with. Breakfast is in a beautiful dining room. The location is next to downtown and near the river. We loved it!"
