The condo was very clean and most of what one would need was provided. The beach was lovely and relaxing. the food at the Pink Octopus was very good and the servers are attentive. The host also provides golf cart rentals which are useful in getting around the community. We met Mr Fred via Mrs. Winnie, who runs a taxi and your service. She has everything needed for a stay. We cooked in several days & kitchen was stocked, she even got us new grill tools. Beds are comfortable, A/C works great. The community is clean & friendly. We practically had the pool & beach to ourselves. Less than 10 min walk from condo to resort oceanfront. Palm Cat is on opposite side of island from the hustle & bustle. It was very nice & relaxing. The amenities offered at Palm Cay are a great addition to the property. The food at the pink octopus restaurant was very good both times we ate there. We rented a golf cart from the owners and that process was easy and quick. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had and replied promptly each time. The host had everything we needed to start our vacation. The condo was very clean. There were many bath and beach towels to use. Our host provided a taxi to use “Fed” who was always on time and very knowledgeable of the Island. I recommend getting a golf cart as it’s fun and easy to get to beach. The unit is very clean and in order. The kitchen has just about everything you need in terms of dishware and cookware. The beds/bedding were comfortable. It is pretty far from the beach and restaurant which I didn’t realize when I booked. So we chose to drive to the beach. There is an adjacent parking lot though, so it worked out just fine! Would definitely stay again and would recommend provided you’re not looking for more of a beachfront property. ##### Rachel R. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and reasonably priced. Winnie was quickly responsive after we booked and so welcoming when we arrived. We ended up renting a golf cart from her for the week which was fun and well priced. The resort is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Winnie was fantastic to communicate with—always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for, making it a comfortable and convenient home away from home.The Palm Cay fireworks on New Year's Eve were absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip—truly a magical way to ring in the new year.The only area for improvement was the check-in process, which was slightly delayed as the cleaners were finishing up. However, the delay was minor and did not detract from our overall experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Palm Cay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation.
