The room was as clean as could be considering the condition of the room itself. Peeling paint & mold. I was supposed to stay two nights, I stayed one & I wish I hadn’t stayed that night because the mold immediately affected my sinuses.
It was total getto, I'm sure you could find any drug you wanted there...be sure to have pepper spray handy when walking from car to room. No coffee, 1/2 roll of cheap toilet paper, no tissues, basically a bed, and bathroom, and not very clean.
I guess I got what I paid for. Terrible quality of the room. There was mold in the bathrooms, and I tried to change to a non smoking room but there were full. Very thin walls, so I could hear loud music and people arguing in other rooms. Very unclean environment. The service was pretty nice, the receptionist was very helpful. Other than that, would not recommend staying here.
They have taken all amenities out of the room. When I went to get ice, I noticed there was no bucket. I asked the the desk why the ice machine had a note to use the buckets supplied, but there was no bucket. She said they have new management and people were stealing them. She said they used to have dishes in the room, but the new management took them out of the rooms. She gave me a trash bag to get ice. I asked for a cup, she said they got rid of them. I will never stay there again. The room made it seem like I was in a 3rd world country. The "fire suppression" above the stove was a little cylinder with a fuse. Having dealt with lots of permitting, I am tempted to reach out to the fire marshall, health department, and building code enforcement.
Not enough parking. Room wasnt ready...said was just being put back on the market??? Bed was barely a full size ...wasnt queen like advertised and i paid for....and springs were non existant. If you say on edge on bed...basically sank to the floor...very USED room...never stay there again
I’ve been to a few extended stay and this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. I book a queen and got a twin bed. Outdated furniture. I can find better furniture at thrift stores. Wood floors was dirty and slimy. A motel is better and more cleaner. The most dirtiest I’ve ever been. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
3rd floor smelled like smoke. The place is run down and not very clean. At midnight someone opened my door. The latch kept them from coming in. Not a very clean place. We checked out a day early and they refunded me the amount for the 2nd night. Am waiting for Expedia to give me the credit back to my credit card.
Location, nice staff, comfortable bed. Nice to have smoking room option. Had some toilet issues, but was provided a plunger to keep in room and main light switch must be on for every other light to work. Other than that, pretty happy.
We came to Nashville for a wedding and did not want to spend a ton of money, well the pictures looked reasonable and my parents even said they stayed here once and it wasn’t that bad. Well.. maybe things have changed since they had been or maybe we just got a bad room.. but the floors were sticky and gross, there were oily looking stains on the bed... we ended up going to Target and buying a couple king sized blankets to sleep on/with and we always wore our socks when stepping on the floor.. since it was only overnight I decided I could go without a shower but my fiancé wanted to take one and he put a towel on the floor of the shower because we were so grossed out by the place. There was also a huge smear of a former tenant’s toothpaste all over the wall behind the sink. SO GROSS, PEOPLE!
Room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given easy access to Interstate highway. I was only here for one night, but cooking and refrigeration facilities in room would allow for longer stays.
