Safe, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and stylish…. And a full kitchen! Great area too….. be sure to try “Only Chicken” great food and value and within a short walk on the same street! Oh and the complimentary coffee in the room was great

The good: the apt is super cute, quiet and mostly clean. They have everything you need available to you (dish soaps, laundry stuff, full kitchen, etc), The bad: There was no signage on the exterior of the building to identify property name. We never got extra bath towels as requested. The fitted sheet did not fit the queen mattress (not sure how you don’t see that if you are cleaning and making the bed). Some sketchy guy and woman were hanging out in front of the parking garage one of the nights of my stay. I didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the door locks.There was vomit on the parking garbage floor the entire time we were there. My parking garage fob never worked, even though we paid for parking. Hoping that they are in the middle of a reimbursement for parking purchased.

This is a nice place to stay. However, the room I stayed in had multiple cracked/broken bathroom tiles. Also you should bring towels.

Sonder Belcourt is located in the University District. Very clean, safe and walkable neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. There's even a theatre across the street. Neighbourhood is fairly quiet considering the close proximity of a hospital. We walked to Music Row and Downtown from our rental, it's a bit of a walk but doable. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but the amenities cupboard is not kept stocked so I recommend you bring your own coffee or tea. We would definitely stay at another Sonder.

Everything was enjoyable. The sofabed was not in the best condition, but you could use it sideways. Otherwise clean and staff responded quick to one request. We will use again. Food in this area was amazing!

Was a truly wonderful stay, it was such a nice space and felt like a true home away from home! We had a great time! I would definitely use this company again in the future! There was a slight issue with a drain outside but their team communicated fast with us regarding that issue! I would recommend this to friends and family!

Great location for downtown. Easy access. Clear instructions for checking in. Couch was not extremely comfortable, but I've definitely had worse. I wasn't really there to sit around, so not a problem for me. Would be nice if the TV was accessible to the internet without Chromecasting.

This place is just fine. Like technically it has what you need but it is incredibly uncomfortable. The sheets were like cardboard. The sofa bed was broken and they weren’t able to fix it. They did drop us off an air mattress. No paper towels just the bare minimum

The property was easy to access and felt very private/safe. Lots of local dinning options within walking distance. Only a mile walk or scooter ride to Centennial Park and through the university.

FANTASTIC w/a twist
The apartment looked great. It was a nice change from a hotel room. There was even a washer/dryer. So convenient! Downfall was a bed with a cement mattress, a sofa that was so uncomfortable to sit in, and a casual chair to go with the uncomfortable sofa. Not one chair to sit in and relax. Other than that FANTASTIC. Great location. Just far enough from the attractions in Nashville, and still close enough to get where we wanted to go within 10 minutes.
