Great Location.

Within walking distance to downtown! Clean and comfortable for two couples! It was fun watching the boats in the river. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend in Nash!

Great location!! Property was nice but really could use a major deep clean! Beds were super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Very comfy place.

65th Birthday Mini trip

My sister and our spouses enjoyed our 3 night stay...we needed towels and they were delivered promptly. Checkin and out was easy, and given an early afternoon arrival, we appreciated early checkin.

Fun time in Nashville

We had a great stay. Val was very accommodating. The condo is right on the riverfront. Easy walk to both Germantown and Downtown.

Overall we had a great time. I did forget some clothes in the dresser in the bedroom near the living room. If it’s possible to send them and I can pay for it that would be awesome.

Great Location! Very Clean!

Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well. Condo was well appointed and clean! Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.

Owner had coffee for us so we could brew it. That was nice. Great AC! Place could have been a tad cleaner. Good view of Cumberland River.

Anniversary

Wonderful time. Very convenient to Broadway, Gulch and surrounding areas. Neighbor upstairs noisy in early morning between 1-3 am Saturday and Sunday.

Cozy with a view

Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood next to the river with a beautiful view. Walk to downtown about 15 min, however I wouldn’t recommend walking alone. Homeless encampment and drug paraphernalia were along the route.

Good Location

Great location. Close to everything. Nice view of the river. Walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you all night. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Convenient location

This is a great condo in an convenient location. We were able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The owner left some snacks and some cold bottles of water for us when we arrived. Condo is decorated very cute and “Nashville” like. Check in and check out we’re very easy.

Nice property. Closer to a 25 minute walk to downtown. Use Ubers NOT taxi's as we were overcharged 3 times.

Cute, Clean & great location

Visit Nashville with my girlfriends! We loved the condo. We used Uber everywhere, all the drivers know the complex. Costs ranged from $11.00 - $15.00 for most downtown places. $50-$60 to the grand ol opry & airport.

Great place for wide audience

Stayed here with my 77-year-old parents and two middle school-age daughters. 5 of us. Perfect place for our needs. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Table for cards. Deck with view of the Cumberland River. Can get to all the museums and food via 5-7 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk. Pool overlooking the river and it was never too crowded during our stay. Everyone was comfortable during our stay and sad to leave.

Nashville July 2022

Clean and easy to access. Comfortable and homely. Hosts were kind to leave snacks, and coffee, tea, water. Walking distance to the happening parts of Nashville bit more than the 15 minutes in the property description and photos make the place appear bigger than it actually is but will highly recommend it. Hosts kept in touch throughout and that gives comfort. 👌
