Fall weekend getaway: rooftop deck home sleeps 12 near downtown Nashville
Summary:
Fall weekends in Nashville start on the rooftop deck at The Rooftop Record, minutes from Sounds Stadium and Germantown's restaurant row. Booked right here on VRBO, this 4-bedroom house sleeps 12 and is built for family reunions, sports weekends, and multi-family trips.
• Sleeps 12: 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, plus fold-out chairs in the living room for extra guests

The Space:
Multi-family trips and long weekends find plenty of room to spread out here, with four real bedrooms keeping everyone out of each other's way. This Nashville house, booked through VRBO, balances shared gathering space with private corners for parents, kids, and friends traveling together.
The marble island kitchen anchors the group by day, with stainless appliances for family breakfasts and the open living room's sectional and armchairs for downtime in between activities. It flows easily enough that the cook is never cut off from the conversation, which matters when you're feeding a crowd.
Upstairs, the rooftop deck is where the trip really happens: a dining table that seats six, lounge seating, string lights, and a grill for cooking out under open sky. Spend the day at a Sounds game or working through Germantown's restaurant row, grill out on the rooftop as the string lights come on, then split off to the queen suite or the stacked-bed rooms to recharge for the next day.

It was a nice place to stay and with all bedrooms having a bathroom attached it met the needs of our group.Seating is tight for a house that can accommodate 12 guests. Fortunately we had stadium chairs to bring to the main floor. The rooftop (3 flights of stairs) was nice especially at night, shade or an umbrella would have made it more comfortable during the day. There is information at the house about a van transport, we used them for every trip around town. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had.
Property didn’t look like the photos when it came to the furniture it was nasty and the roof top was HORRIBLE!!! The grill I’m sure had t been clean in 2 years and it was extremely filthy!!! I’m a chef and that grill on the rooftop was one of the reasons I picked this location. So me being unable to entertain properly for my daughter’s college graduation was unacceptable. Steve kept making me aware that someone would come through to take care of the nastiness several times but no one did
