Wonderful location
I’ve stayed here before in the past, and both times have been extremely happy with the accommodations. I think the only problem would be is when we book it through you we shouldn’t have to go to the concierge and listen to them try to sell us or have us go to a 90 minute presentation. I’ve done that before no better will never do it again.

Great stay!
This was the fourth time staying at the property. Love the condos and always an easy check in. Host was very responsive to messages. Staying at the property again this week while in town for business.

Nice property outside Nashville
Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet. Would stay again. Only negative was time-share push at check in. Wasn't super aggressive but aggressive enough as to be annoying, especially at the end of a long day. Just be prepared.

ADA accessible suite
I reserved a wheelchair accessible suite and did not get it. One of my sisters is in a wheelchair. It wouldn't fit through the bathroom door. We had to help her to the toilet. The shower was not roll in, so she couldn't take a shower. There was no bench as I was told. The suite was not classified as accessible at the front desk. I spoke with the manager about our issue. He was empathetic but of course they do not make the reservations, you do. So when there was no accessible suite available you booked us into what is a deluxe. I managed hotels for over 40 years and never once did I not let a guest know if there was an issue with the room type. You should have let me know. The ADA will be made aware of your lack of responsibility to your guests.

Needs a deep clean.
The suite we stayed in could use a deep clean. The kitchen and main bathroom were very dirty. Where the coffee pot sat on the counter, behind was filthy. It appeared to all of us that the cleaners went around everything lightly. In the first bedroom there was cookie crushed on the carpet. In the master bedroom between the wall and bed was garbage/plastic and nuts on the floor. We were battling ants and can see why ants were all over. The main bathroom floor and kitchen floor needed to be swept and washed. Location was great and quiet, which was great after a day touring.
