Include a towel or two for the kitchen so we don’t have to use so much paper towel. It’s more environmentally responsible. Only reason i mention the hang up is to give the management team kudos for quickly responding and solving the issue. Beautiful space, my wife bought some of the decor for our home.! Location was good. Well equipped with essentials. The drain in one bathroom sink was stopped up. One bedroom light by nightstand was missing the globe. One ceiling fan/light didnt work. Our code to unlock the front door didn’t work, so we had to call and have them reset it. They took care of it quickly though. The one complaint that I have, is there was an extra charge for a damage waiver that was required to be paid during the verification process before we could get our check in instructions. I didn’t know about this charge, and I wish they would just include it in the total rental fee instead of making you pay it later. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We loved having the balcony. It’s very close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt. Parking is easy in the garage or street. If you’re looking to do a little work from home. The WiFi is very poor.
