Walking distance to many things! It's very easy to get an Uber or Lyft as well.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not host any Locals.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules you will be charged for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
