This property lies about how close it is to the Bridgestone Arena and the bars on broadway. They says it’s a two minute drive, which it really is a 12-15 minute drive. When I asked about this at the front desk, the woman became very hostile, saying “some” people walk there, or “parking down there is easy.” Nothing about this is easy. A two minute drive in my mind in a city is a 10 minute walk, not a 53 minute walk. They do this because people come to Nashville to go to broadway and I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew it was that far. I called Expedia and they said “they understand but it’s up to the hotels to provide the information on the site.” I’m going to file a BBB complaint.

They only problem I had was they didn’t have the room I booked and they reason was I booked though a third party. NO EXCUSE!!! If you use a third party you still should have what I booked. I had 2 queens with a sofa sleeper. They said they ŵill upgrade to 1 queen and a sofa sleeper and take the parking fee off. That’s not an upgrade. Other then that our stay was good.

Great location, great room that was like a studio apartment (and reasonably priced). Vanderbilt right there along with great dining, nightlife and more. And you are still close to the honky tonk bars and crowds on Broadway. Will stay here again.

I visit Nashville with my daughter every summer for our long weekend after Space Camp. This was my first time booking this property and it did NOT disappoint! The pool area was clean, check in was flawless, and the included breakfast was outstanding! The coffee tasted great, you had great options and the dining area was immaculate! This property is located 1 block from Vanderbilt University, we checked it out while we were there, but it’s about 12 mins by car to downtown Broadway. I didn’t mind, we Ubered! Enjoy!

We stayed here while my mom has heart surgery at Vanderbilt. It was very close and convenient for us to get to her quickly and the free breakfast and comfy beds were also great!

Had a medical procedure scheduled there in Nashville, booked the room, diagnosed with another medical condition 1 day before check in, Needed to reschedule the procedure, I contacted Expedia and Hyatt House, I informed them I would be staying with them during rescheduled procedure time period and they refused to cancel the reservation without charging me. I am very dissatisfied with this level of customer care from a highly rated hotel.

I liked the location until I actually was checkedin - the rooms are loud - the carpet is pulling up where you enter the room - the bathroom was not clean - the shower curtain liner was stained and ripped. The door to the bathroom was so heavy I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get it open. The staff was rude - the reservation I booked came with free parking but they wouldn't allow anyone to park for free except the "guest of the day" supposively. Just not a good experience - I go back to Nashville often and will not be staying here again.

Over the front desk staff were great and sweet lovely ladies. The cleaning stuff were a mixture of nice and mean. In the elevator I over heard two women in Spanish talking about Americans. The bedsheets were dirty with yellow and blue stains.
