We only live once.............!

  • Great location within walking distance to Scarborough beach and a short drive 3 miles to Narragansett, Roger Wheeler/Sand Hill Cove and Block Island Ferry! Centrally located to all area amenities and fun! Nice yard, plenty of parking and bonus sunroom and deck for hanging out after a nice day at the beach. Open floor plan for entertaining, outdoor shower and more. This property was recently renovated and includes new furnishings and flooring, central air and all new appliances!
