Very nice apartment with really friendly owner

Wonderful view from the kitchen over the beach and the sea, the furnishings are very good, with great attention to details. The owner is very friendly and gave us excellent instructions and also had a few good tips.We'd love to come back!

Amazing views

Lovely little 2 bed apartment with character and a fantastic view of the beach and markets. We had a really nice family stay here for a week at the end of August. Henri was so helpful and he and his wife couldn't have made us more welcome. This cosy apartment has everything you need....2 double bedrooms with storage are nicely decorated a separate WC room and separate shower room. The shower room is quite small but also has a washing machine, everything you need is here there is nothing you could want for. The main room is an open plan dining kitchen which leads on to a balcony over looking the sea....it is even better than it sounds and the picture doesn't do it justice. There is a small sofa and TV in the main room also....which was fine but we were far too busy on the beach or exploring to use them. The apartment is right on the beach and over the main Street where restaurants and shops are aplenty, there is also a market on most days (morning and evening) which varies in produce. Shops and facilities around the corner including a small supermarket. There is a bike hire place here too. A short drive or a reasonable walk can take you to 1 or 2 of the local vineyards in the area and they are worth a visit too. Carcassonne (where we flew into and from) is only an hour away by car and deserves a day itself. Beziers airport is even closer. Lots to see and do around here if you are unlucky enough to witness a rare cloudy day or just fancy a change. Highly recommended and well located.....we would like to return as there is still so much to see.

Avis sur notre séjour de 15jours

Les +: Vue mer accès direct à la plage Grandes chambre (2) et séjour spacieux Propriétaire très gentil et à l’écoute de ses locataires Jeu de société à disposition Les -: L’appartement est situé au dessus d’un restaurant de plage très bruyant et plusieurs serveurs du restaurant occupé le logement du rdc surélevé. Les serveurs font énormément de bruits après leur service (fin minuit) jusqu’à 2h du matin. Les livraisons, poubelles, camions désinfection, commencent a 5h Les nuits calmes sont très courte. Le WC n’a pas de débit. La douche est une cabine (personne en surpoids impossible) et difficile de faire écouler le sable quand on rentre de la plage ! Pas de possibilité de rangement dans la salle de bain et peu dans les chambre. Aucune possibilité de rangement (alimentaire, torchons perso…) dans le séjour car le buffet est encombré de vaisselle aux propriétaires (inutile pour des vacances à la plage) Nous avons fait part au propriétaire d’écourter notre séjour et l’avons ainsi réduit à 10jours pour récupérer de l’énergie. Entretien des communs laisse à désirer Porte d’entrée des communs très très sale ( et il faut la pousser plusieurs fois par jours). Présence de cafards dans le chemin entre les deux restaurants du rdc menant à la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. Logement inapproprié à des enfants en bas âges comme nous en avons Qui doivent faire une sieste ou dormir à 21h.

Tout était parfait la localisation est exceptionnelle faisant le bonheur de mes filles âgées de 5 ans, la plage est immense avec beaucoup d'installation pour les enfants et adolescents. Au pied des commerces et restaurants, glacier, Carrousel. l'appartement est parfait, d'une surface bien suffisante pour une famille de 4, même 5 personnes. la cuisine est très bien équipée avec un lave linge qui permet de ne pas venir avec des montagnes de vêtements. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmant et à notre écoute. nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup

L’appartement est très bien situé sur le front de mer de Narbonne plage. L’appartement était propre et dispose d’une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Belle vue sur la mer dans un appartement très bien aménagé

Appartement agréable, avec une vue sur mer imprenable, super bien aménagé, équipements complets, très fonctionnel, excepté la climatisation. Il faut savoir qu'il se trouve dans le centre de Narbonne-plage, au milieu des restaurants, marchés et autres animations. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Narbonne plage. L'appartement est idéalement situé, la vue est splendide, l'appartement est très très bien équipé, on ne manquait de rien. La petite station balnéaire est très agréable, familiale et il y a pleins d activités et animations pour petits et grands. La seule chose qui est importante à préciser dans l'annonce c est que le parking n est pas privé, mais public. Mais à part ça, je conseille cet appartement les yeux fermés. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.
