I tried to email and call several times with no response. Reached out to Expedia who also has no luck getting ahold of them (I will be refunded, thankfully). Had to book another hotel due to lack of customer service help. Would not recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is 11 minutes away by car to Old Town and surrounding areas so I had to take Uber to and fro each day for sight seeing. It was inconvenient. Best to pay a little more for accommodation to be near Old Town so you can walk everywhere. "
