Canal-front, Gulf Access Sanctuary kayak and bicycle to the beach

Welcome to our newly renovated, gulf access, mid century modern home.
There are 2 bedrooms and a den.
The king bedroom has an en-suite and a king Beautyrest Silver mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom across a vestibule. The den has a pop up trundle, which can be 2 twins or a king, the den is open to the family room (no door).
Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with filtered water at the sink, fridge door and ice maker. There is a fire pit and gas bbq grill on the deck.
The house is on an ocean access canal with private beautiful views of the canal, tons of mangrove trees and wildlife. Enjoy your favorite beverage on your private dock hanging over the canal.
We supplied the house with 2 tandem kayaks (Perception Tribes) paddles and life preservers.
You can kayak to the right and meander through the prestigious Colliers Reserve Golf Course with tons of wildlife including manatees, otters, herons, ducks, spoon bills, iguanas, and bald eagles! If you head left out of the main canal it’s about a 45 minute paddle to the ocean. You’ll see porpoise, manatees and pink spoon bills. Once you get to the pass you’ll be at the famous Bare Foot Beach and Wiggins State Park (voted # 1 beach in Florida)
BOATERS: bring your own boat and trailer, you can park the boat and trailer in the driveway. Cocohatchee Boat ramp and full service marina is 2 miles away. Boat size behind the house is restricted due to bridge height.
We also supply 4 adult bicycles, the beach is 2 miles away, all sidewalk riding to get there.
The house is just minutes from shopping, dining, and some of Southwest Florida’s most desirable beaches. For other outdoor family fun visit Sun N Fun Water Lagoon- waterslides, pools and lazy river. Mercato offers 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and hosts a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and it’s only 2 miles away. Go shopping at The Waterside Shops, an open air mall located 4 miles from the house.
Shop or stroll Venetian Village, another open air mall located on the bay with beautiful views, shops and restaurants. Play and dine at 5th Ave South, an irresistible mix of Glamour and laid-back ease. 3rd Street South is surrounded by the colorful original beach cottages and lovely houses of old Naples. The sophisticated and delightful shops, the renowned fine restaurants, bistro’s, and courtyards all amidst the lush colorful cascading flowers and Green landscaping of historic downtown Naples.
