This well appointed 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home is located in the Silverstone Subdivision of the Quarry that consists of 4 unit coach homes. Your coach home has wonderful NW exposure enabling you to enjoy evening sunsets along with a long lake view from behind the home. The Quarry is located in Naples, Florida just off of Immokalee Road and is full of amenities featuring Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce Courts, a Exercise room, a resort style swimming pool with a waterfall, a lap pool and spa, a Tiki Bar, an onsite restaurant and much more! The Quarry is located just a little over 10 miles from the beach and is a quick drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport, and I-75\. This rental home is professionally managed by Naples, Fl based Mike Z Rentals LLC. The Space: Your first floor coach home features a King bed in the main bedroom, a Standard bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. There is a wonderful en suite main bathroom that has dual sinks, a water closet, a glass enclosed shower and a soaking tub that is quite luxurious, The second bathroom features a shower and tub combo and is easily accessed from both bedrooms and the living areas of the home. There is a open concept floor plan throughout the living spaces which features a large kitchen with granite counters with a bar height counter and 4 bar stools to pull up and enjoy a casual conversation. The dining room nook has a beautiful 6 top dining room table and chairs. In the family room you can relax on the sofa, the oversized chair or the chair and ottoman. There is a wall mounted large screen TV and you can get out to the lanai easily from here through the sliding glass doors. Once on the lanai you will be amazed at the beautiful lake view that is long and on many nights you can enjoy the sunset! Additionally there is a attached 2 car garage. a laundry room right outside of the garage and the home comes with the use of pool and beach gear. Vanderbilt Beach is only 10.5 miles away from you home so you will be sitting on the sand and enjoying the water very quickly from leaving the gates of the Quarry. The community clubhouse is only a short walk or drive from the home so you can go an enjoy all the amenities at your convenience and grab a cocktail or beer at the Tiki Bar or a meal at the Beach Club at the amenities center. Please take a look at the extensive amenities that are available and that recently had a multi million dollar refurbishment. You won't find more amenities at any neighborhood anywhere in Naples! The condo is in need of an update. A review in May 2023 stated shades broken, ice maker broken, carpet coming loose, inadequate kitchen supplies. All of these things are still broken or not fixed. The kitchen didn’t even have a pot holder! Outdoor furniture is stained, has mold on them. One bedroom doesn’t even have a dresser. Most rentals have gas grills- not this one. When charging a hefty amount for this property it should be in top shape. Very disappointed with our stay this year. The Quarry is beautiful, especially the renovation of the Beach Club. Condo looks out onto a small lake which we enjoyed while having our coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The Quarry renovated - now it’s time for the owner to do the same in their condo. ##### Mike H. Very noisy and ugly. Condo needs new blinds, the patio door didn’t open, carpets are all coming loose, ice maker didn’t work, not even salt and pepper in the cupboards. Air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom at times . All in all it is time for the owner to update this unit. Location and layout were great. They were very responsive when we ran into a few issues but it was also right after the hurricane so we expected a few things to be out of order. Overall this was a great place to stay. Please note the security will NOT let you in if MikeZRentals does not put your name on the list.
