Vacation at this serene lakefront setting in Naples, FL! This first floor condo has a comfortable layout, spacious main living area, separate den with sleeper sofa that is set up as a tv room, formal dining room & breakfast nook, kitchen w/ lots of countertop space & island, split bedroom floor plan w/ master suite overlooking the lake, attached garage, and long screened rear lanai. Perfect vacation home for someone who wants to unwind in Naples at the stunning Lely Resort! With the convenience of being situated only a short drive from championship golf courses, tons of shopping & dining options, and within walking/biking distance from the community pool. BEST part of all, in just minutes you could be lying on the white sandy beach that lines the Gulf of Mexico, taking a boating excursion, or dining in the world-famous Naples 5th Ave!  
  
During peak season from January-April, a 2 month minimum stay might be required. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals in Legacy require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Forms will be emailed upon booking or upon request prior to booking.
