  • Great house in a great area! Bike to the Gulf at Wiggins Pass or Vanderbilt Beach. Beautiful large 28 foot lighted pool ready for your daily or nightly swim. Enjoy the shops at Mercado Shopping Center. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home: open concept, 16 to 18 foot ceilings, large 60 to 55 inch TV's in the living and bedrooms, new King pillow top mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, 2 new twin pillow top mattresses in one bedroom, a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Large great kitchen fully equipped, washer dryer in a separate laundry room, two car garage and much more!! The house is nicely furnished. There are smart TVs in the living area, patio area & the three bedrooms! Less than a one mile bike or car ride to Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach and the incredible Mercado shopping center! Enjoy the warm balmy gulf breezes while you are swimming, sunning or dining in the many Naples restaurants--truly a wonderful experience! There are two bikes in the two car garage waiting for you to bike to the beach. I have a beautiful new concrete tile roof, new landscaping, a new pool cage and a new fence-- WOW! A higher pool temperature of 80 plus degrees is availailable for guests requesting warm pool temperatures for only $30 a night to cover higher electric bill costs. The location is perfect-- close to the Gulf and to the Mercato shopping area with theaters, shops and great restaurants.. ENJOY!!

This is a wonderful home, the perfect size for 2 couples or a family with children. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen to beach needs. Walking distance to the beach was perfect!! Lots of restaurants close by. We won’t hesitate to rent again. Response from owner was prompt.

Florida vacation

Love the home, pool, location in naples park, walk to the beaches. Kay is very responsive and great at communication before and during our stay. Next year will our 3rd with her and the home.

Family Vacation

Great location, great pool. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping. Kay was great to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and Kay had a new machine delivered immediately, couldn’t have asked for a better response. Looking forward to next year.

Spacious house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 5wk stay in this spacious house. Its interior and exterior had been recently painted which provided a light and airy atmosphere. We loved the location- an easy quick walk (or bike ride, thanks to the bikes provided) to Delnor Wiggins state park beach and a park pass was generously provided. Our host, Kay, was very attentive/responsive and has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we spent many happy and relaxing hours In the lanai and swimming pool.

Loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s home. The house was exactly as described, it was clean, and the location, especially the proximity to the beach, was great! We also enjoyed using the 2 bikes that were in the garage. Communication with Kay was excellent- we had a question about the operation of the pool and she put us in direct touch with her pool maintenance person who helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!

2025 was our 3rd year in this home

Another fun year with Kay and her Naples Park home…..she made improvements, fresh paint inside and out, new outdoor grill, new water heater, which added to the others that we love…….the pool/lanai is excellent to use all day, our college daughter joined this year and said she should have spent spring break here the last couple of years…....Kay is very responsive from pre-booking to the day you move in and during if you have any questions, makes it easy to live there and enjoy Naples. Beautiful Vacation Spot in Naples

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

Very nice house in good location. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great time!

Being close to the beach was very important to us. Great access either walking, riding the two bikes in the garage, or using the park pass to drive. We were on the beach every day.

Great vacation house

We loved the house ..we loved the Neighborhood. House is elegantly furnished, kitchen fully and nicely equipped ( except for the frying pans🙂) …loved the full privacy of the pool. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house.

Our 3rd year staying in this home, of note is we had more visitors this year, and their reviews were equally 5 star. Kay continually makes changes each year to improve the look and amenities of the house……very responsive to our observations and has local handy man who comes by to fix. Highly recommend to a family who wants easy access to a pool, deck, outdoor living and great kitchen to cook with friends/family.It has great access to Delnor Wiggins state park via walk, bike or drive for breakfast, day at the beach or sunsets.Mark M

Wonderful accommodations here in Naples. We loved that it was so close to the beach. After a day at the beach we enjoyed the heated, colorful pool, and grilling. Close to Super Walmart (used the bikes in the garage for this). Kay, the owner is very attentive. We would stay here again.

One of our best stays in Florida

We enjoyed everything about this property: The location, 5 min drive from the beach. Having the pass is great as you can go several times a day without having to pay, especially when you forget your sunscreen :) All types of shopping and restaurant within 15min drive Great caged pool with the patio area for dinners I used the bike several times in the quiet neighborhood, and took a ride once to the beach Kay the owner would respond right away when we had any questions. One of our best stays in Florida!

Great house!

We loved this house and the location in Naples park. Close to the beach, but still very peaceful. Tall ceilings, airy rooms and quiet neighbours. The heated pool was wonderful, and the interactions with the owner excellent. We will be back.
