The main issue I found with the room was the lack of hot water, which is insane to think about how, in 2023 there isn't steaming hot water in the shower, the water at best was lukewarm. We did inform the owner the next day when we spoke to him at reception and he said he would have a look at the water temperature but when we got back after exploring Naples all day the water temperature was still the same, nothing had changed so, to be honest with you this did ruin our experience of the inn and for that reason, I won't be staying here again. Furthermore, we had to pay the city tax in cash which was inconvenient because I prefer using my card wherever I go on holiday and I never take out cash when I'm on holiday but they insisted on us paying with cash, which I thought they were being difficult as we stayed in Hotels on my our Italian tour in Palermo and Rome and none of they expect us to pay the city tax in cash. And one more thing there isn't a lift in the building so beware of that as it's not made clear on the reservation.
