The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and offered a helpful overview of the area. The breakfast cafe is located a short distance away from the hotel.

Naples room

Room was clean and very nice. The street noise was loud and the building was a little weird to get into. Breakfast was brought from down the street and was pretty good. Good location for train, museum and harbor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The host was attentive and helpful. The area around the hotel was a bit of a surprise coming from Florence. Busy with traffic noise, graffiti and rubbish and dog poop everywhere but the area grows on you. Overall very satisfied with our visit. Easy 15 minute walk to the train station.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and great location

Inton and Mary are both amazing. Mart greeted us as soon as we arrived and immediately called Inton. The free breakfast at Zambardino is filling enough and they open at 6:30 AM so we had enough time. The refrigirator always have drinks that’s included. The location is excellent. The Duomo is just few minutes walk and the Metro station is just few steps away. If we go back to Naples we will book Relais Reneire again.

Great accommodation and a fantastic host

Spent a few nights in Naples and wanted somewhere central. The location as great, 2 minutes walk from the Duomo Metro station, 10 minutes from the central station. The room was great, plenty of room, very clean and very well maintained. Ilton the manager met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Provided us with information and assistance as required. Nothing was too much trouble. The combination of a great room with such great service was fantastic and really helped make our stay in Naples. We would recommend Ilton and this property to anyone visiting Naples.

For the money, this was an excellent stay. Spacious room and clean. The bathroom is small, but there are so many things to do outside of the room that a small bathroom wasn't that much of an issue. The best thing about this hotel and why I give it 5 stars, is the management. Just so helpful, responsive and easy to make arrangements with. We were able to leave our luggage, he helped with my disagreeable cab driver... I felt very safe in this hotel. It's not 5* luxury, but you're not paying that price! This is a great place to sleep and head out from to enjoy tours, etc.

Great location, 5 min walk from the historic centre of the city Spaccanapoli, Duomo underground station is at 2 min and you can go wherever you want easily. Hilton is great and kind host.

Very clean room, newly furnished. Friendly staff, especially mr. Hilton Big problem was in house breakfast&dining. You need to go a cafe for breakfast (10 min walk), or they bring your choice to room but very limited options and coffee etc cold.

Hilton was amazing! Great hospitality! Great service! He made sure we are okay. Have gave us great information, directions and recommendations. It’s just the outside hotel. Lots of trash and dirt outside. Which is not your control otherwise, they made the room clean !

Extremt lyhört. Dålig dörr till rummet, kändes inte säker. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner. Bajsvatten kvar vid toaborsten som droppade från borsten när man skulle använda den. Extremt trång dusch som knappt gick att komma in i.

S'agit il d'un hôtel ? Ca rentrerait plutôt dans la catégorie chambre chez l'habitant. A l'arrivée la clef est à chercher dans la boite aux lettres et le petit-déjeuner se prend au café du coin de la rue. Rapport qualité/ prix déplorable.

Wir wurden sehr nett von Hilton empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt und wir bekamen viele gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge. Sehr sauber und schöne Zimmer. Lage ist ideal und alles ist gut erreichbar. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Neapel auch durch die Freundlichkeit von Hilton. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

B&B CONSIGLIATO IN NAPOLI.

B&B consigliato. Siamo state 1 settimana, tutto pulito la atenzine quasi 24 ore per tutti nostri domanda, della struttara della citta, tour consiglio de posti a visitare. Tutti pulito senza rumore per dormire. Vicino a tutti mezzi de trasporte e il porto per traghetto a Capri.
