The hotel is very close to the train station, there were not any problem in walking with big luggages. The staff were sooooo nice with a very cheerful vibe! We will go back just because of the stafff jajaja. The room was very clean and the beds and bedding were good. However the building and the instalations are very old.

The cost of this room was extremely high. The room was quite dated. The brunch at $20 Euro's each was terrible. One of the few warm items was raw scrambled eggs, In comparison, I stayed near the Rome FCO Airport at the Best Western Hotel Corsi on October 9, 2026 that cost $128 Euro. It has a king-size bed, very nice flooring, amazing bathroom fixtures and EXTREMELY clean. The room was very spacious as well. How a room could cost so much in an undesirable city such as Naples is beyond me.

Bathroom clean, beds were nice, but the wallpaper in the room was peeling and dirty. Carpet in hallway and room was pretty worn. Very 1970 feel. The gym closes at 8 so no go after a day of touring. Staff was nice. From our experience with our room, its a low 3 star hotel. Could be better if Ramada would go in and do a check on their standards here.

the Ramada is a nice hotel roughly 5 minutes from Naples Central train station & Garibaldi metro station area looks a bit sketchy however it was extremely safe ( even late @ night ) the hotel itself is fairly dated but everything you need for a weekend break is provided pros : decent size room , big bed , fridge in room , nice hot shower , good wifi connection. good housekeeping & reception staff cons : room is a bit dated , shower in bath not separate wasnt ideal for me & the TV service was very poor other than that its a good place to stay a special mention to the lovely VALENTINA @ reception who provided a room on arrival allowing me to check in early & the very knowledgeable DARIO who helped find me locations to make the weekend easier & more enjoyable

The hotel is neglected mainly in the floors above the lobby, I was scare to walk barefoot in my room. Carpets, blankets, wall paper from 1980's. The staff is good, This location is good if you care to be close to the train and metro, otherwise choose a hotel north from there
