We're proud to be recognized as a Premier Host by providing guests with excellent service. We are local to Naples and not a large property management corporation.  
  
The perfect home for a beach vacation. Features 2 Owner's Suites with king beds, walk-in closets, TVs, and private baths, 1 ensuite with Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with twin beds. A large chef's kitchen with all Bosch appliances. Every space is designed for a group of 8-10 to gather. Bikes, towels, beach chairs, toys are all included!  
  
No rental car needed. Set your bags down and enjoy everything this newly built home has to offer with its desirable location. Bikes are included so you can easily get to all the area amenities.  
  
Both neighborhood beaches, Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins are open.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, & comfortable. We loved the lanai with the lush greenery to look out on and the pool and hot tub were great for our family to enjoy a wonderful time together. The beach chairs, wagon, & umbrellas were a plus as well. We also loved being able to bike every day.It was a great location to the beach, shopping & restaurants.Thank you for the use of your wonderful vacation home!

Our stay at this property was great. The space was perfect for our kiddos as well as for the grandparents. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful whenever we needed something or had a question. The bikes were a great amenity that we used often. #### Beautiful home

My husband and I hosted several friends at this awesome home. It was very comfortable ( the beds were great) the pool was warm and great for relaxing in. Loved the spacious outdoor area. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question. The only complaint is the lack of wine glasses, and plates , along with a need to have someone filter through the cupboards and pool toys. Lots of items with no purpose any longer. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting us.

#### Stayed in Naples Park with my family for my daughters wedding! The house was perfect.

Great location can bike to beach, Mercato is close enough to walk! House was clean and accommodated our family perfectly! You can enjoy pool and hot tub in the evening! The host was quick to answer any questions that I had. Will definitely book with her again.

#### Amazing Property 5min from beach!

This house was a beautiful setting for our annual family reunion. The layout of the house was very conducive to great family time, as the kitchen and family room area was very spacious. The entire house was updated with beautiful materials. Nice size bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. One note: the kitchen stove was induction type which we were not familiar with, but the house came ready with pots and pans for the stove. Pool and jacuzzi area was very beautiful and nice summer kitchen outside. Screened patio keeps mosquitoes out so you could open huge sliding door for truly indoor/outdoor living. Beach was a quick 5 minute drive with a big parking garage within easy walking distance of the sand. Overall I highly recommend this property!
