Giangi and his staff are very friendly. This is an interesting B&B as it is in a 17th century building with very high ceilings and huge wooden internal doors. The location is very good for the lively Naples Centre Storico and the port.

The staff is very nice and helps me with buying the train tickets. But I don’t understand why he has to move to a smaller room. I pay the same amount of money even I am one person. I don’t like the move in the middle of my stay!

We only stayed 1 short evening because we had an early morning flight. Our host was extraordinary! He kept in touch often and quickly (I had miscalculated our arrival due to ferry from ischia). He was very friendly and helped bring up our 2 suitcases up the flight of stairs with ease. He told us some historical facts about the premises and the city. He arranged a 5am taxi 🚕 for our family and made the stay easy.

The property is located very close to the airport and centrally within Naples. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The owner and his team were very helpful - they even helped me organise parking. Having come from Sorrento however, we were jolted into a very different environment - specifically regarding how busy the city was and the noise. In the end however we loved Naples for its own reasons and I’d recommend the hotel and the team.
