Imagine waking up to gorgeous water views and breathtaking sunrises, while you sip on your coffee and watch the Dolphins and Pelicans try to catch their breakfast. Welcome to the Isles of Capri, where you can escape the ordinary and experience the extraordinary. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms to give you and your guests plenty of living space. You can watch the big game on the huge tv in the living room where you will find glass sliders that open up to a huge observation deck where you can bbq, relax and take in beautiful bay and mangrove views. From the deck, you can stroll downstairs where you will find the property boasts a tropical oasis backyard fire pit, topiary style gardens, pergola, 12-by-24-foot in-ground pool, outdoor shower and 22-by-38-foot composite deck. The grounds are completely fenced in and boarded by old Chicago pavers that continue with the upper level to carry the same relaxed and laid-back feel throughout the entire property. The location is a dream for any water sport enthusiast, whether it’s boating, fishing, kayaking or shelling. The boater in you will love the 110-foot dock and large stainless steel fish cleaning station, that easily docks a 42-foot center console or a 50-foot sport fish with deepwater. Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great beaches and fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. Embrace the quick, Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico , where you can go offshore and catch the big one or head south and day trip it to Key West for lunch, fantastic snorkeling , diving and lobstering. Nestled in the heart of the 10,000 islands, we are surrounded by protected mangroves that provide endless trails for amazing kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing on those windy days when you can't get offshore. You can launch from the shallow waters behind the house or take a 2 minute drive to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. Watching manatees and dolphins play in your backyard is a daily occurrence. You will see lots of birds and other marine life, all year long. And the fishing off the dock is fantastic with Tarpon in the spring, Snapper in the summer, Snook in the fall with Sheepshead and Trout in the winter. If boating and fishing is not your thing, have no worries. Close by you will find lots of other activities to keep you busy including several public golf courses, Naples Pickleball Center which has over 60 courts, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, hiking trails, bowling, movie theaters and a couple of water parks for those hot days when the kids want to play. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, to make sure you have everything you need for the perfect vacation.
