Great experience. Location convenient to many transport hubs, plus plenty of small shops around to grab a bite to eat. Check-in was smooth (it was fully remote fyi, but they communicate steps well). Property felt safe (especially since you go through a main gate, up 2 flights of stairs, and then two more locked doors plus your own locked room). Room was exactly as expected / pictured. Breakfast is very good (especially for being included). There are three separate WhatsApp numbes to call after hours for any issues and they answered immediately and helped me solve a small gate issue. Checkout also easy (paid tax, mini bar fee, and left room card with breakfast bar staff on way out). I would definitely stay here again, no hesitation.

The rooms were very clean! Did not know room would be on the 3rd floor, the stairs are A LOT. Was given a document about the area at booking & it said traveler tax was €2,50 per person per day. Then on WhatsApp we were sent similar document that said traveler tax was €4,50 per person per day. At checkout we were charged €5,50 per person, per day. The breakfast options were yogurt with granola, croissants, & bread. No protein except yogurt. No safe in the room. Conveniently located, wouldn’t stay again here.

This is a great place to stay in Naples – right in the heart of where you want to be, minutes away from probably the best pizza you will ever eat The place is very clean and modern on the inside, and our room was really comfortable If you prefer to have access to hotel staff 24/7, this isn't the place for you but if you want an affordable, clean and convenient place to stay in a wonderful, vibrant city, I highly recommend it

This was one of the nicest places me and my wife have ever stayed at! It's in a perfectly central location to see Centro Storico and it's a short walk to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Napoli.

What a fabulous oasis of quietness in this amazing city. BB Casamatta is absolutely immaculate. It is located perfectly in the heart of the historical centre, a few steps away from il Duomo. Despite Napoli being such a noisy place the room was extremely quiet allowing for a good sleep and be ready the next day for more craziness ! Staff there is just amazing and Massimiliano the best host you can get, going the extra mile to help you enjoying your stay in the vibrant Napoli. I highly recommend this place.

Property is in the middle of historic center. Hustle and bustle and lots of fun! Once you’re inside you’re completely insulated and can have a great rest! Bathroom was clean. Owner very helpful. Best pizza was had in Naples bc of their suggestion!

The location is great for sightseeing and the staff were really helpful. The apartments are up a couple of flights of stairs so may not be ideal for some people, but was very easy to find and check in details were clear.
