My 20 yr old daughter and I. Even after a room key mix up that was totally my fault, the host was kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. The area feels safer than others and was much quieter. The street is super accessible with a grocery right across the street, the harbor down the street and the famous square only a few minutes walk. The location was great because it was only about a 10 minute walk to the ferries which took me to Amalfi coast and the island of Capri. Once inside everything is nice! Front desk is usually empty but contacting them via email is usually no pbm. Neighborhood nice and safe. Plenty of dining choices. 10mins walk from town center (piazza reale did Napoli) and around the corner from the beautiful waterfront promenade and fort Ovo. The only thing is that it's a little hard to get to from the central train station.
