### Sweethome Nice and large Flat in private Villa

Independent apartment in a private villa, family and quiet setting, surrounded by greenery and maximum privacy. Recently renovated and finely furnished, equipped with all the comforts and accessories for a pleasant and peaceful stay, away from the chaos of the city and well positioned to reach all the most interesting destinations. Located 1 km from the beaches, close to the main road exits, a short distance from the JFC-Naples NATO and the archeaological sites of the Flegrea area.  
  
The completely renovated house located on the lower floor, is spacious and bright, fully furnished and equipped with every accessory. Composed of an entrance with a large living room furnished with taste, 50" smart TV, comfortable sofa and coffee table, behind us we have the laundry / storage room with dryer and washing machine, equipped with all the accessories necessary for cleaning. The new bathroom with shower and complete with all accessories. The living area is very large with a complete kitchen, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and every accessory designed to offer maximum functionality, the living room has a long snack table with stools, sofa, fireplace, table and chairs, 32" smart TV. The 2 bedrooms (1 double + 2 singles) are furnished with style and equipped with all the accessories to offer maximum comfort. The whole house has Wifi coverage in every room.  
  
Our welcome guests will have access to the relevant outdoor space of the reserved patio, equipped with comfortable seats, breakfast table set, illuminated in the evening to enjoy moments outdoors.  
  
Not far from the accommodation we can reach in 30 min. by car the NATO Navy Exchange base of Gricignano di Aversa, NSA Naples BACK GATE Capodichino Naples and Naples International Airport. Further north we find the Royal Palace of Caserta and the largest shopping centers in Campania. We also point out the Vesuvius National Park, the archaeological excavations of Pompei and Ercolano up to the beautiful Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano.
