It is superbly located 2 mins walk to the beach, with parking space outside the condo. It is beautifully decorated with everything you could think of and so much more. It's imbedded in a stunning, very upscale neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants and shops (3rd Street). The unit is newly renovated and very clean. It's also very nicely appointed with chairs, towels, sunblock, beach and pool toys, kitchen staples, a snack box and even little dishes of candy. It was just the right size for two adults (one of us working). Might be a little snug for four people, but given the location, I'd take it if I were a family, too. Block from the beach, near the pier. 2 block from shops and restaurants on 3rd. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on 5th. Dedicated parking spot. Condo is newly renovated so everything is in great shape. Well designed to maximize space. It’s a cozy condo but was fine for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host provided all sorts of amenities and items to use during the stay which made our lives easier and the trip more enjoyable. Communication was perfect all along, from pre-arrival to check-in and departure. I highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thanks! ##### Joe L.
