Napa weekend getaway
The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here could not have been better! The cottage was absolutely perfect. It was supplied with everything anyone could want, and more. The shower was absolutely luxurious and having the washer and dryer was a big plus for us. We will definitely be staying here on future Napa trips.

Amazing Stay
Easy checkin process. Super comfortable place. Has everything you need. Very clean. The bathroom is amazing. Comfy bed, AC/Heat work well. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer and all necessities for it. The place couldn't have been better for our needs. Very convenient location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Napa Bungalow
My wife and I stayed while visiting Napa for five days. We had a wonderful time at this home. The place was comfortable and warming. The bathroom had high end fixtures and the bed was super comfortable. There was a ton of closet space and the washer and dryer were super convenient. The outside had plenty of room for dining. You are no more than 10-15 minutes from top notch Napa Wineries. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect location and Extremely Comfortable Stay
My wife and I came to Napa for a music festival for the weekend and visited the beautiful area of Napa. This was a perfect location and the cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we felt very safe and welcomed in this lovely place. Waking up to the serene field in the back on the lovely porch and seeing the sunrise was magical too! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Most Wonderful Stay
We cannot say enough great things about our stay in Coombsville. The hosts' attention to detail was spectacular, one example being the fully stocked bird feeder right outside the bedroom window so we could watch the local wildlife fly in for a snack. We even saw wild turkeys hopping along the fence line likely after smelling some of the birdseed themselves! The hosts did a spectacular job renovating this adorable cottage and the kitchen was truly fully stocked if you want to make some home cooked meals while travelling to the Napa / Sonoma area. It was above and beyond that the hosts provided us with a full bag of Peet's Coffee, a local brand to California. The cottage was clean, spacious and very well located to vineyards around Napa and only a short, beautiful drive to Sonoma. Next trip out to California we will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for making our stay so special!!

Quiet and convenient
Property was exactly as described and was convenient to Napa wineries. The guest house was well stocked with everything you need. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. The tech worked great. The evening were super quiet—one evening we we watched a deer graze out the back window just yards from our view. We will look to stay here again!

Perfect cottage for our Napa visit
The guest cottage is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The spa like bathroom is fantastic and the bed is super comfortable. It's close to downtown Napa, but in a quiet and secluded area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing looking for a getaway to Napa.

We were visiting Napa for a culinary camp at the CIA in Napa. This was the perfect location. The home was so clean and homey; we felt right at home. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Birth of Granddaughter
What a great way to spend the Christmas Holiday! We were in Napa for 3 weeks for the birth of our granddaughter and stayed here for our trip. The place is perfect! Every detail was taken care of. Much larger then in the photos. We were able to cook in the spacious kitchen and used all the supplied items. We even used the grill for some steaks! Everything you need to prepare a meal was there from pots and pans, dishes, crock pot, storage containers...I could go on and on. All of the Toiletries were available if we needed them. This place is located conveniently in Napa but just far away from all the downtown craziness. Every store we needed was very close. We were close to the hospital for the birth of our granddaughter! Wonderful church close by for Christmas Eve service. We will most definitely be back!

We were so happy with the property. It was exactly what we were looking for. Just far enough outside of town to feel secluded but convenient to anything you want or need. Everything inside was so nice and well thought out. The unit was much larger than we expected from the pictures. Would definitely want to stay here again our next trip to Napa!

The cottage is warm and cosy- located near a park. You have everything that you could ask, for us it was better than a five star hotel. Great restaurant in Napa, and wineries. You are 20mn drive from yountville to go eat at Bouchon.

Amazing cottage for two!
My wife and I spent 8 days at this wonderful cottage just outside of downtown Napa. The cottage feels much larger than the pictures protray. It is well layer out and the hosts have it setup nicely with everything thing you will need during your stay. Highly recommend this location!!

This is a gorgeous property in a gorgeous setting, in a convenient location to downtown Napa and all the wineries. The home is really clean, open, airy, light- filled, and spacious - so much larger than it looks in the listing pics. Everything we could need was provided and available. We enjoyed the home and its beautiful views, and wish we had stayed longer.

Where to start! Beautiful decor (superb quality). Comfort. Cozy. Quiet. Private (wink). Soft pillows. Walk-in stone shower. Keurig coffee maker. Soothing view. Fluffy towels. Quality hair dryer made my hair maintenance easy. Super close to downtown. Bed was comfy in every respect. Closet space was fabulous. The only opportunity to embellish our experience would have been some light snacks such as a bit of yummy nuts, chippy chips, and healthy hummus. Oh, a welcoming mini bottle of Napa Vino. Do it!

Quiet getaway
Great location and only a few minutes drive to downtown Napa or grocery stores. Location was very quiet and felt as if you were in the California countryside. House was extremely clean, and very spacious for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had many items which we found lacking in other vacation rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cottage close to downtown
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is exactly as described. It was cozy, conformable, and convenient to downtown Napa and the wineries. Very nicely furnished with many personal touches. Lots of storage space. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the deer and wild turkeys in the evening. Becky and her husband ae the best hosts.

Perfect wine country get away
We had such a great stay at this adorable cottage. The property is even nicer in person than the photos - spacious for a "studio", super clean, and very comfortable. It is located a short drive from downtown Napa and wineries, and is also right next to a large nature preserve with beautiful views, hiking, archery and disk golf. The property manager was a great communicator and made both check in and check out super easy. I highly recommend the property and will likely stay here again myself!

My husband and I stayed for a month. This is a "Studio", and from the photos, we assumed that it would be a lot smaller. It is actually quite large, so there is ample space in the "great room" that includes the queen bed and living area. The studio is a recently "repurposed" building on the property of the owner, and if it had not been for the previously configured placement of a door and large window, the unit could have easily been a 1-bedroom. The FULLY equipped kitchen is in a separate room, with ample counter space, and a table & chairs. This is definitely among the best equipped kitchens in our extensive vacation rental experience. The bathroom is beautifully designed with a large walk-in shower. The whole unit has been tastefully redone in high-end materials -- and high quality furniture. Rebecca has provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Communication was easy, and she and her husband are very pleasant, but totally uninstrusive. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We drove in and were greeted by the property owner and her husband who live in the main house. They were lovely hosts and very helpful with the local area. The house itself is a small guest house, well stocked and very clean. It has a little patio with a great view of nature. It is very close to downtown. If we are ever in the Napa area in the future, this will be my first choice as a place to stay.

The property is awesome, overlooking the field as shown in the pictures. It’s a short drive to all the Napa vineyards and right down the block from In’N’Out, Target, Starbucks. Rebecca the property owner is very nice and helpful. They have a cute dog too! The house has everything you’d need for a vacation. Kitchen, living room with a large TV, a very nice bed and a beautiful bathroom. And of course, wine glasses.

Great Cottage for work or play
I came into town to work and wanted a different place to stay than a hotel. This cottage was perfect. It has been recently renovated with beautiful views from Skyline Wilderness Park that surround it. The owners are a great easy to talk to and made the stay that much better. I'll be back for sure.

Great vacation
The cottage was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful views, nice patio and good location. We did not cook while there but everything you may need was in the kitchen. One morning we looked out to see a rafter of turkeys walking by!

Cute cottage
The cottage/guest house was perfect for my wife and I on the last stretch of our honeymoon. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities, the closets had hangers, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Becky and Kyle were nice and helpful. Although the main house was occupied at the time, privacy was never an issue.

Wonderful French cottage!
So happy with our stay! First time using Vrbo and worked beautifully. Cottage was better than I anticipated. Furnishings were lovely, gave a great French cottage feel. Kitchen was stocked better than my time share in Hawaii. Bed was so comfortable and liked pillows very much. I brought my own pillow because I’m so of picky about which I use. These were great and didn’t even use my own. Bathroom was very nicely done and clean. Better feel than a B&B. It was homey but ran on our schedule without all the fussing from B&B owners around all the time. Overall fabulous stay, nice back deck too! Only one tiny issue. The neighbor ‘s barn has flood lights which were noticeable at night. Ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue but one of the 2 lights flickered which was kind of disturbing when trying to get to sleep even with the blind down over the bed. Weird I guess some would not be bothered by it but it was a quick fix with some aluminum foil tucked to the shade. Can’t say enough good things. If coming to Napa again will definitely try to stay again.

I'm glad that you enjoyed our place. I'm sorry for the neighbors light. They recently remodeled and the light is a new fixture that I believe is faulty. We talked to them and they're replacing it with a new one. You're always welcome again.
