Only positives are the location and the breakfast. It’s a very convenient location - close to shops, restaurants, and tastings. We had breakfast one morning and were happy with the food and the service.
However, the property and service otherwise are lacking, esp considering how much it costs.
When we checked in we were given a welcome bag and were told that it contained water and snacks (ended up not including the snacks when we opened later). Also were offered a welcome glass of wine - which they never then gave us.
The room itself was average. The entry way light did not work, the usb outlets on the nightstands did not work, the room is shabby when you really look beyond the surface. The floor is all scratched up, the lighting is poor. Also, housekeeping did not remove used mugs when they made up the room, nor replenish other amenities. Amenities are limited - no lotion provided, which is basic these days.
We would not stay there again. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the Napa area that were better options.
