However, we asked for someone to fill up the tires since they were low and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come outside. The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. My friend was inquiring about the free coffee and instead of the front desk woman helping, she was incredibly sassy and rude saying “I told you it’s over there!” in a mean tone. "We had a magnificent stay at 21 Broad! We loved the large patio with a fire pit and the indoor seating areas. The Inn was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The temperature was perfect throughout the inn. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Everything was just wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. This is my new favorite place to stay on the island!"
