Our stay at Mercure was simply amazing. We felt very welcomed, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location right next to the train station was incredibly convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nancy!

The hotel was ok, clean, the air-conditioning was working well... only you needed to pay for a parking. But was a bit expensive for what they offer.

Great Hotel in the center of it all!
Nancy is a beautiful City, filled with culture and lots of great restaurants. We enjoyed the night in this Hotel. It was very central and we were able to get to the great sites within a couple minutes walk.

Good value -- no complaints.
Perfectly fine. Feel / vibe was like what you'd get if Ikea built, furnished, and ran a hotel. Stone's throw from the train station; 10 minute walk to Stanislas. Hotel staff were real pleasant.

Easy access to all points of interest. The room was well equipped and comfortable. There is some noticeable low rumbling noise - perhaps from the train station near by.

Watch your head!
The only disappointing aspect of the room was that it contained a metallic structure around two of the ceiling hung light bulbs that dropped a metre or so from the ceiling. One of these hollow metal frames was above the beside the head of the bed and adjacent to the small fixture holding the electric kettle. As I bent to pick up an object from this piece of furniture, I crashed my head into the metal frame. No real damage done to either myself or the frame but its spatial positioning in the room was ill-considered.

Tout est excellent, l'accueil, la chambre, le petit déj. Hotel de qualité !!! ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les Mercure... A 2mn de la gare, 5mn de la place Stanislas, idéalement situé.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de places de parking prévu pour les guests de l’hôtel avec un tarif préférentiel ou gratuit. Dommage que pour une chambre « Privilège  » vous ne proposez pas deux peignoir, jamais vu cela ailleurs….
