Dear Daniel, Thanks for booking with us and giving us the opportunity to host you. It is unfortunate that your expectations were not met during your stay with us and we do really apologize for that. However, the issue of being refunded I explained to you that we only do free cancellations when a guest cancels their reservation at least 48 hours before the Check In date, any cancellations after that we charge the full cost of the stay. The hotel hotel is now 5 years old and we are located near a residential area, shopping centers and different organizational offices. The biggest slum in the sub Saharan Africa that is Kibera is located some Kilometers away from the hotel but not so near as you have indicated on your review.
