Situated at Milepost 17.5, this home offers the perfect place to catch stunning sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean and the unique advantage of backing onto undeveloped state park land, where you'll enjoy peaceful evenings watching the sun go down. While the home fronts the beach road, ocean access is a breeze—simply cross the two-lane road to the nearby Hargrove Street beach access. Gone Coastal is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy your private pool and hot tub on the screened-in porch, or unwind on one of five decks with rockers and a porch swing. Out front, you'll find a horseshoe pit and swing set for outdoor fun! Inside, you'll find three master suites with private baths, and plenty of space with comfortable bedding to relax in. The top-floor master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower for ultimate comfort after a busy day at the beach. For your entertainment, the home is equipped with TVs, and WiFi. Challenge friends and family to a game of pool or poker with the complete poker set. The kitchen is a chef's dream with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. After a day at the beach, rinse off in one of two outdoor showers, grill out on the gas grill, or head up to the observation deck for sunset views. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
