"Staff over billed me and I am still trying to get the charges removed. It took 40 minutes to check in and they gave us the wrong room. So we had to move. We could not hear the TV when the AC was on. The road noise kept us awake."

"Paid about $800 dollars for a room, and not be able to check til almost 5:00. Pool is not heated... They won't let you use a luggage cart, you are forced to use their bell hop. There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property. "
