"Kitchen was clean there was a couple places around the hotel room that was either stained or dirty. Bathroom door had spots on it and the room needed a fresh coat of paint. But the room served its purpose! "

"Second visit to Pensacola Beach in 7 months and one of the reasons was this resort. We initially booked a hotel in Palm Beach for May but when looking closer at all the various mandatory fees they would be charging ($37/day for valet parking - self-parking not available - along with a $40/day resort fee) it didn't make sense. We kept an eye on PBR even though a gulf front king exec room was not an option... until one opened up! The only issue we had this visit was a slow drain in the shower but the day after we arrived the front desk arranged for that to be taken care of. Everyone is super responsive and friendly, and the Windrose restaurant is excellent. Be sure to try a Blue Angels Lemonade at the tiki bar by the pool!"

"We were in Guntersville visiting friends and wanted to visit Orange beach for a few days so we booked the Sleep Inn at a reasonable price for the area that it's located in and right on the beach. The staff, hotel, accommodations, amazing breakfast offerings with an attended omelet station, proximity to the beach, grocery store across the street and very nearby restaurants exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a wonderful experience. May 2026"

"Worst stay I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing — with one major exception. Niko at the front desk was outstanding. He bent over backwards to switch our room when the Wi-Fi didn’t work and personally changed our bedspread after we discovered a blood stain on it. He was friendly, articulate, and genuinely helpful — truly the only bright spot of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the property felt like a dump. The front-door window lets daylight pour into the room 24/7 even with the shutters fully closed. The shower curtain droops, allowing water to flood the bathroom floor. The drain was clogged, and the air conditioner was noisy, moldy, and extremely difficult to control. We’ve stayed at many other pet-friendly hotels that were far nicer overall, but we’ve rarely encountered a front-desk attendant as attentive and caring as Niko."
