Upon arrival, we walked into several piles of dirty sheets (in every bedroom), a full trash can, and broken air conditioning, presumably from the previous guests who'd stayed 1 MONTH earlier. Not a great way to start the evening after a 10 hour drive in the car with a toddler. The management company sent cleaners (we had to wait on the patio for them to finish at 9PM) just so that we could actually sleep in the beds that night because there were no clean linens stored onsite, but the air conditioning would have to be addressed in the morning. (Keep in mind, this is an 8th floor condo and it's 90 degrees outside). While both issues ended up getting resolved, (both vendors they sent were friendly and awesome), it still robbed our family of an entire day of vacation, which was short to begin with. The location of the condo is great, but the parking garage is very tight for anyone in an SUV or larger. Overall, there's major room for improvement with this one.... ##### Brittany L. The building was great, plenty of parking and check-in was a breeze. The unit was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. I cannot say enough about the location! I grew up in Myrtle and this location has to be the best on the beach. It is quiet and clean with great access to the beach. It was also super easy to get around to everywhere. Whether in North Myrtle or Broadway at the Beach, the unit was perfectly placed in the middle of everything! Book with confidence! I will definitely stay here again!!! ##### Trey V.
