The A/C in the master bedroom was not operational so a floor unit was connected to a window with tubing. This caused the window blinds to not close properly. The sun rises on this side of the condo and with the blinds not properly closed, you had to be aware of when changing clothes. The twin bedroom was at least 15 degrees roomer than any other room. We had 2 fans and the ceiling fan running nonstop. Other than those 2 items the place is very clean, well stocked on dishes/appliances/cookware. Just a short walk to the beach. The condo had maximized a small space. It accommodates 4 adults. The view from the balcony is great and the location is ideal. Make sure you don't park in the lot before your check-in time. There is a lot for public parking on opposite side if you get there early. We did park in the public lot and upon moving our vehicle to our rental when we hit the check-in time we had a tenant question us rather abruptly. Myself and my family had a wonderful time staying at this location. The slightly older condo was full of beach charm which suited us perfectly. We loved being on the first floor where we could walk right out onto the beach. We had issues with the main tv after a storm that we had to have maintenance come out but everything else went fine. We had a problem with the TV in the family room. Issue was finally resolved after two days. TV in the main bedroom does not receive the same number of channels as the unit in the family room. TV in the 2nd bedroom can only be used by connecting several extension cords that we were not comfortable using. Be advised posted signs indicate only one vehicle per unit. ##### Robert N.
