Check out this 10th floor, direct ocean front, beautifully updated condo at the Atlantica Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom suite is fully furnished with 2 queen beds and 1 murphy bed (wall mounted bed). This layout offers an oversized living space with a large couch, TV with cable, a dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped! This apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly spectacular updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the kitchen, the new stainless steel appliances were added. The living room was furnished with brand new furniture including a new large couch, new feature wall and mantle with LED fireplace, new dining room chairs, new lighting over the dining area, and new Roku TV. Recently, in Fall of 2024, the bathroom has had some very beautiful renovation work completed! For starters, the entire tub and shower area has been completely retiled and resurfaced, offering a luxurious and clean experience! The bathroom as a whole was repainted! This space was truly transformed and we could not be more excited to share these wonderful updates with you! Guests will enter into the condo into the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 queen size beds, large dresser, closet, nightstand inbetween the two beds, new decor, and new 50" Roku TV. This space is perfect for 4 guests. Just down the hall is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, large mirror, hair dryer, and new decor throughout. One thing that separates this rental from most other is the fact that the bathroom area is extremely spacious and features an oversized tub. The washer and dryer is in this area as well. In the central area of the apartment, our guests will enjoy a full kitchen with new full size stainless steal appliances. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Atlantica. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Making our way into the living room area, the endless, panoramic ocean views leave our guests speechless. Guests will love relaxing on the couch with a glass of wine by the new LED fireplace, and watching the sunset from the private balcony! The living space also features a murphy bed (wall mounted bed) making this 1 bedroom able to accommodate a total of 6 guests! Pack light, as all toiletries, linens, and bedding are provided. Everything you will need to enjoy your vacation will be in the rental upon your arrival. That said, keep in mind that we do not provide beach chairs or beach towels. These items can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. This property is located on the 10th floor of the main tower at the Atlantica Resort. Our guests will enjoy all amenities at the resort including; indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and so much more! The location of this vacation rental is second to none and is only a few feet from the Boardwalk and a couple blocks from the Skywheel! The rental features approximately 750 sq ft. of living space, and we are extremely excited to have you as our guest. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. There was a ton of dirt on the floor when we arrived. My wife swept up a large pile of dirt and had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes. There were black curly hairs in bed and sheets had dirt in them. The fan in the bathroom was really loud and the toilet would splash water out of it when it flushed. ##### Alex S. Nothing but a broom to clean with. We had to buy a mop and cleaning supplies to clean the place. They said pack lightly 2 rolls of toilet paper and 7 towels doesn't do it for a 9 day stay. The location of the condo was good and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Landshark restaurant was our favorite place. The only issue we had with the condo was the bathtub drained really slow and the Murphy bed didn't have any sheets/blankets on it, and there were no extra blankets for my oldest child. Missing plugs in drains -maintenance came once and provided some👍 We requested early check in and they lied about availability We requested extra check out time to finish drying laundry and were refused They did provide photos of cleaned room time stamped pics that showed the room was indeed ready ( before noon) We asked for a bathroom deep clean and all floors cleaned -at our convenience so we could be there and got no response. 4 days into our 6 day stay I said forget it. They insisted the room was clean, I have photos that show otherwise. It is really close to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk (with lots of entertainment & food options). We spent most of our full day at Broadway at the Beach which is a long walk/short drive away. Note: while the unit has a washing machine & dryer, we did not find laundry soap.
