Communication was clear and timely response. The condo had more room than we had anticipated. We have stayed at MBR several times previously and have always had a good experience but having more room was definitely a pleasant surprise. Our entire team stayed at the MB Resort. Out of all our team families we had the best condo. Clean, well stocked, super close to the pool and beach. Parking was easy. The resort is on the older side but incredibly well maintained and clean. The unit itself is on the first floor, but is raised up so you aren’t sitting on a balcony in the parking lot which is nice. You can see the ocean from the balcony as well which is nice. The ocean side pool is a short walk and the beach just a bit further. The amenities in the unit a perfectly fine, comfortable seating and beds and above all else, very clean and fairly new. We did have a minor issue with the AC during our stay, but the owner responded and had someone out within an hour to fix it. This was our 5th trip to Myrtle beach in the last 10 years and this was definitely one of the best places we stayed. Will stay again if the opportunity arises. ##### Justin E. We have family that lives in Conway so we will be making multiple trips to visit them (and the beach :D) as often as possible. This particular unit was perfect for our little get away. So much to do! We had little ones with us and they enjoyed every minute of it. The beach is just a short walk away. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby and all kinds of restraints if you don't feel like cooking. They provided plenty of linens and towels for at home. Keyless entry makes checking in very easy. kitchen was equipped with all of the basics. No need to bring anything but a beach towel and your swimwear! We will be back! Comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 children. ##### Andrew L. Beach is steps away, condo is equipped with everything you want. Laundry is available and the location is very quick to get to from the car. The indoor pool in building B, and of course the beach were the biggest hits with our kids. Coming in November some things were closed but there was a lot of fun for the whole family.
