This 11th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) is the perfect getaway for your special vacation to Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean from every room of the 1650 square feet condo which also boasts of the largest balcony in Royale Palms.

Our guests will enjoy many luxurious amenities, including:

*Complete access to the Hilton pools - including the ever popular and only sand pool in Myrtle Beach (pool towels provided by poolside).

*Access to the Owner's Private Pool

If you have ever stayed at Royale Palms, you will agree that this is a premiere location. The Royale Palms is convenient to: shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Wal-Mart SuperCenter; theaters including The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage (a Dolly Parton company), and Le Grand Cirque to name a few; and restaurants-there are too many to name. If golf is what you're looking for, then look no further. The Grand Strand has ten area courses listed on the prestigious 'America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses' by 'Golf Digest' magazine.

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and 25 year age requirement.

Daily cleaning service is not available. The unit manager is available to assist you with any questions during your stay. Recommendations and suggestions are always welcomed.

Great family place!

We had a great week at this Royale Palms condo. Everything was exactly as pictured, with a great view from the balcony. The location is great with lots of great amenities and access to the Hilton pools. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great place for R&R

The place was clean comfortable served its purpose! Close to the beach & all the fun without having to be over crowded!!! Owner response within in minutes, thanks for that!! Very helpful and did everything to make sure check in and out was on point! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time with our family (kids 2-19) staying at Nancy’s Place! Perfect location to walk back and forth from the beach and pools. Multiple pools to choose from with the pool pass, but our toddler most enjoyed the sand pool. Spacious condo for us all to have our own spaces and huge balcony.

The condo was exactly as listed. Clean, beds was very comfortable, water pressure in the showers was the best I had ever had in Royal Palms. After checking in the host contacted me to check to see if we needed anything. That was very impressive. We will definitely stay here in the near future.

Great Sister Trip!!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo is exactly as it is represented in the listing and pics. Unlike some other listings in the Royale Palms, this one includes access to the Hilton pools which are more expansive and nicer (in my opinion) than just the Royale Palms pool. Nancy was very responsive to questions and made the whole process very easy. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Myrtle Beach.

An awesome experience

We were very pleased with our accommodations! Check in was seamless and the directions were spot on!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and the view of the ocean is breathtaking (the balcony is huge)! After our stay here, we only want to use this property when visiting Myrtle Beach. Weekend getaway

I have aging parents that wanted to visit the beach again, neither had been to Myrtle Beach. The condo had everything we were looking for. Parents had an amazing view and the property was very accessible with their mobility. Everything was amazing and the condo was very clean and spacious. Decided to stay an extra night and the owner was easy to reach and very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return here in the future.

Overall the unit was as described on VRBO website, check-in was easy and seamless. It was very nice having access to all the pools even though we were only able to use them one day due to cold and rainy weather. The unit itself could use a thorough deep-clean; there was mold in the main shower and in the showerhead itself also. The kitchen is adequately furnished however there are absolutely no spices or other cooking basics. It would be nice to have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee brewer also.

The condo was big with a nice ocean view , but the cleaning of the unit was poor, kitchen cabinets doors were so dirty I cleaned them my self because I couldn’t even touch the knobs. Some dishes were dirty. Limited garbage bags, you need to bring your own, the sheets are polyester and not breathable at all, the pillows just horrible, floors are dirty you can’t take your shoes off, the chairs on balcony so dirty, needs to be washed. Only 4 chairs were good to sit on. For the price that we paid I think the unit needs to have better quality sheets and pillows, and have an extra garbage bags, sponges, or people need to know that they need to bring their own. Overall it was a nice vacation.

Great Condo!

Condo was described. My family and I had a great trip and loved the condo. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of towels. I would suggest some WD-40 on the sliding glass door in the living room as it was very squeaky and hard to open and close. The only other recommendation would be for the inside of the cabinets and drawers to be wiped down. The property was in a great location, 5 minutes from shopping and dinning. The building was beautiful and clean. The lock box made it very easy for check in. Check out was at 10:00am and at 9:45am the house keeper was knocking on the door wanting in. Five minutes later another family was knocking on the door wanting to check in. Not sure why anyone would think they could check in before the previous guest checked out and the condo had been cleaned. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great stay

The property was a bit dated but was clean and well managed. The check in process was simple with clear directions. We enjoyed our stay during the busy part of the summer season. Even traveling in mid July there were plenty of beach chairs to be had by the pool and the new waterpark looks like it will be fabulous. I think any future trips we will seek to have access to that new area, the kids will really enjoy it. Thanks for hosting!
