New tropical corner condo with an awesome wrap around balcony overlooking the whole coastline to North Carolina. With this being an end unit it has the large window in bedroom and the cut out end balcony.. even a Jacuzzi in bathroom with tv. This super unique condo has a floor to ceiling glass wall, built in rock tile electric fireplace with 60" tv, shiplap on walls, sleeper sofa,extended kitchen with all new stainless appliances ,dishwasher,plush king bed, high top chairs, everything brand new



Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple restaurants onsite(pizza, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and more, river city cafe burgers and more Northshore oceanfront bar and grill), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor lounging area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of restaurants within 1 mile

1) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

2)Check in 4pm

3) Check out 10am

4).Parking Passes are included which is free. . Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private rentals do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 4 sets

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
