Took agent several tries to figure out what keypad to use (door lock or lockbox).Things were broken, there was no hand soap other than one small bottle in the kitchen, washer and dryer didn’t work properly, there was only one dish towel in the kitchen and very few kitchen utensils.The outside seating area was not useable due to dirt in seats and moss growing on the floor.The Master BR window needs some sort of covering on the top semi-circular window.I sent a detailed list of things in need if repair, while we were there.NOT adding photos here as they only show broken stuff. ##### Janis A.
