Last minute get-a-way

Got an Oceanfront room with balcony at a very good rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome for the kids to go wild. I recommend the piña colady over the margarita.

Not so nice hotel!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: IT IS IN MYRTLE BEACH
The room was filthy, the few dishes they offered were dirty, the coffee maker was broken, the carpet was sticky, the one and only elevator for our tower was broken! The building was very dated, the furniture in our room didn't even match. I would never recommend this hotel.

One night stay and would not return

Pros: Pools looked nice but arrived in eve and left in the morning.
Cons: Room and bathroom needs serious updating. Felt like I was staying in a two star motel.
The room and overall condition of the hotel needs a renovation. Old and dated. So maybe because we only stayed one night did we get an old room? If so, definitely keeping us from returning.

Great place to stay. The kids had a blast.

Had an awesome time both at the hotel and the beach. The walk to the pier was quick and the kids loved fishing and watching people fish. The arcade was fun. Food and service at the loko ghecco was great! The elevators at tower 3 made some noise but never had a problem. Overall wonderful experience for me and my 3!! Would definitely recommend :)

Furniture Upgrade

The hotel has a good location, friendly staff, and is kid friendly. The furniture needs upgrading and beds especially need attention. I didn't have bed bugs but definitely checked closely.

Not what we expected

When we got to our room it had not been cleaned so we had to leave our room while they cleaned it. The last morning there there was no hot water and we had a long drive home without a shower first. All the cleaners were very friendly but the rest of the staff at the hotel came off rude. I will not be staying there again.

Terrible view of a slide and 4am alarms

We got an "ocean view" room and right out side my 3rd floor room was a slide that blocked 3/4 of our view. You could hear the kids screaming all day and night on the slide. At 4am some intercom announcement woke us up then an alarm went off. We called the front seat to see what was going on and there was no answer. Guests we out in the hall way at 4am wondering what was going on. The room was nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was tiny and the shower wouldn't drain. Just don't stay here.
