Not worth a penny

Cons: Repairs and updates are much needed
The room was disgusting, to say the least. The hotel in general is in need of some remodeling and repairs. The hotel furniture was grossly used, the carpet was soaked with water, the kitchen fridge didn't work, and the bathroom had missing fixtures and cracks. To top it off, there was a gaping hole in the wall - great for cockroaches! The front desk points out that you used a third-party to book your reservation, then gets the booking info from a different stack in the back. Makes me wonder if they give the crap rooms to the third-party. I paid $200/night and I can't believe they charge more for these rooms. I will never stay here again and definitely don't recommend it to anyone!

Members of the staff were really nice. I was not an early riser and they would leave care packages of new towels and soap by our door. Our main concern was bed bugs and roaches and there were none to be found here. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed the few days off we had.

Bathroom very small, tried to use the jacuzzi tube and black stuff came out of the jets. Bed was hard but had soft pillows. Kitchen was nice and updated but the overall room needed updating

I would not stay again

Staff was friendly, the pools and slides were great how ever the room was not so great. There was blood on the back on the bathroom door, the curtain tô the bedroom was about 6 inches short so people could see in our room and the jacuzzi is nothing more than a one person tub with jets.

MY OVERALL STAY WAS OK. A LITTLE OUT DATED. MATTRESS WAS CHEAP AND BED LINENS HAD FOUL ODOR. LETS NOT MENTION BUGS/ROACHES

The service rendered by the staff was great. Surprised at the condition and size of the room. Floor had a strange feel (As being damp) and there was very little room to walk pass the beds. Lack of care in keeping the rooms up-dated was very noticeable. Not a house keeping lack of care, but lack of maintenance from years of use. Would not recommend the room I stayed for a family of four (4). The cover of the book is a lot better than what was inside.

Great Amenities....BAD room.

the Amenities were great. The staff was very nice. VERY disappointed in room. At booking I was assured there was enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. There wasn't. Very cramped. Even called Hotels.com to see if I could change and nothing available so we had to stay. Room floor was sticky. The carpet was almost wet feeling and when we stepped into the shower, it made a dark foot print in the tub. So my company could not even sit on the floor. Called housekeeping and they were prompt to come in and clean but still no better. This was a special event for my husband that I brought whole family and I was embarrassed and so disappointed. We go to Myrtle a lot and always bring many guests and this was the first time at this resort. So disappointed.

This is an overpriced hotel with very small rooms that are in poor condition. Housekeeping staff was rude in my opinion.
