Nice and clean hotel, staff was very friendly and professional. I had 1 room that required wheelchair access that was not available. My Sons power chair was not able to get in the bathroom., therefore the staff allowed me to cancel the reservation for that room. I appreciate the staff for their efforts in helping in this situation. Very professional staff.

The pool for the kids were amazing, however the elevators were not working, they gave me the wrong room then charged me for what I ordered. Got charged 250 dollars for smoking on the balcony No coolers at th pool The guest service people were very polite however the supervisor as well as security i would male money on charging fees

Clean homes, nice set up, plenty of pools and activities at the hotel. Beach accommodation. Close to amusement park and shopping. Very friendly staff. For my family we will stay again in the future. I believe we have found our new vacation spot.

We got a beachfront room and was the perfect hotel for our family! Was disappointed the bowling spot was not ready yet and the parking was annoying as everything was pretty much taken up and would drive in circles until a spot opened. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Quarters Hotel in Myrtle Beach! The hotel is an older property and is currently undergoing renovations, but you can definitely see the improvements being made. The lobby and 6th-floor activity center have been nicely updated, and the beach access is awesome—definitely one of the highlights of the stay! The room layout is quite different from what we’re used to. The bedroom, with two comfortable beds, is located right at the entrance. The small bathroom is directly across from the kitchen, and the kitchen area serves more as a pass-through into a decent-sized living room with access to the balcony. The room was clean, and the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. The outdoor areas were nice, and we enjoyed having a multiple hot tubs, DJ, bars and on-site parking which added to the overall atmosphere. The biggest area for improvement would be the halls, indoor pool and lazy river, which could definitely use a good cleaning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the location, beach access, updated areas, and outdoor amenities. With the renovations continuing, I think this property has a lot of potential!

Exc Excellent experience at Captains Quarters. Very clean, friendly staff and a beautiful room. Conveniently close to restaurants and entertainment. We were right above the pool and with the door closed, it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Great vacation accommodations!

The service is amazing we visit every year and love to stay at the same resort with great service everytime. The staff are friendly and very helpful, our WiFi and phone went out and they fixed it same day. Love the fresh warm towels at the pool and the clean outdoor pool and hot tub. The views are a 10/10 from our room with the ocean view can’t wait to see the new updates from the renovations. My family of 5 are always comfortable and love our annual visit to Myrtle Beach

There is a lot of construction going on. Website says there is breakfast but there was not. I booked a partial view was but the palm trees block view. Pools were perfect. Room was clean. About a 15 mins walk to Kingdom park.
