This 1st floor beachfront condo is located in the Cabana Section of Myrtle. It’s one of the few beachfront units in the complex, so enjoy your uninterrupted ocean view! The complex is located across the street from the beach with easy access from the complex. Enjoy the quiet area removed from large crowds yet still minutes from all the shopping, restaurants and attractions The Grand Strand has to offer. Easy parking, perfect location, and beautiful views! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Contact us for Winter rates! Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security at night. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*No Elevator\*\* Must walk up about 5 steps to get to unit on 1st floor. Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Includes cups, plates, utensils and basic cookware. Family room: New furniture! Cable TV and streaming services available. Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed ocean view. Incredible view for sunrises! Street between you and the beach so possibility for some car noise. Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools plus 1 children's pool in the complex. There are also 2 hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on 15 November and re-open 15 March. 1 hot tub will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs and toys in the condo for you to use. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a quality clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machine down hallway on second floor of the building. The room is roughly halfway down the hallway on the left if walking toward the back of the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. ✈️The property is conveniently located just 7.7 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. 🏦 Broadway At The Beach - about 3.3 miles ⚾ Ripken Experience (baseball fields) - about 5.3 miles 🏨 Myrtle Beach Convention Center about - 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.
