HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. We have stayed at the Embassy, townhomes, Brighton tower, and now Margate. I must say, all of the accommodations have been great, 2503 Margate has been the best so far.
